The owner was personable and able to accommodate my appointment needs. I called around to several places and they all tried to upsell and were pushy. This owner was very kind and understanding to my current needs. He also was understanding when I had concerns about the animals with the spray, which by the way it is safe. My mother sat at the house when the service was completed, she stated that the gentleman that came was polite and extremely thorough, and that's big for my mother to say that. I am glad that I chose this company.
